Our Services
To make a reservation for your experience, please follow these steps:
Step 1:
On the experience page, click the "Check availability" button, select your preferred date, time, and number of people, then click "Continue." After reviewing your details, click "Confirm Request for Booking" to submit your request.
Note: Your credit card information will be collected at this step, but payment will only be processed once your booking is confirmed.
Step 2:
We will review your request and confirm availability within 2 business days via email at [email protected]. We kindly ask for your patience during this process.
Note: Your reservation is not confirmed yet. We will confirm availability with the host and get back to you.
Step 3:
If confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details. On the scheduled day, please proceed directly to the experience location.
If we are unable to secure your slot, the authorization will be released, and you will not be charged.
Currently, all experiences are conducted in English or in Japanese with an English translator.
Please check the 'Price' section under 'Things to Know' on the specific experience page for details on what is included in the fee.
Yes, you can book an experience for someone else. Just provide their name and contact information during the booking process to ensure a seamless experience for them.
Unfortunately, we do not accommodate group bookings. All our experiences are private, ensuring exclusive, high-quality service. You can still participate individually, but you will need to pay the minimum fee.
Typically, a Wabunka-arranged guide will assist you. If you have special requests, please enter them in the comments section when booking.
We do not allow additional guests, including tour guides, to join the experience. If you wish to bring someone, you will need to pay for their participation.
Yes, we offer e-gift cards that can be used for bookings.

Yes, we can arrange taxis, train tickets, and airport transfers with Wabunka experiences.

We do not offer group discounts. Our pricing structure reflects the value we place on delivering exceptional service to every customer, regardless of group size.
Absolutely! We would be honored. Just be sure to get permission from the hosts before taking photos, as some places may have restrictions. It would be great if you could mention or tag Wabunka when you post your pictures!

About Booking
Typically, it takes up to two business days to receive your confirmation email. If you have not received it after this time, please check your email inbox, spam, and junk folders. If you still cannot find it, contact our customer support for help.
You will find the meeting or pick-up point in the confirmation email you get after booking. Please allow up to two business days for our customer support to send it to you.
To ensure a smooth start to your experience, we recommend arriving 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This allows for adequate preparation time and ensures we can begin promptly and make the most of your time with us.
If you are running behind, please contact your interpreter or the venue (you will find their number on your booking confirmation). Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in cancellation of the appointment. Please note, we do not offer rescheduling for tardiness or no-shows.
Each experience has its own cancellation policy. Check the 'Cancellation Policy' section under 'Things to Know' on the page of your specific experience for details.
Payment
Currently, we only accept credit cards.
A temporary authorization is a hold placed on funds in your account for a specific transaction. It is a provisional approval ensuring the availability of your credit card until the booking is confirmed. Please note that you will not be charged yet; the charge applies only when the booking is confirmed.
If you are having trouble making payment, please try the following:
1. Double-check that you have entered your card details correctly, including the card number, expiry date, and CVV.
2. Try using another card.
3. Try using a different browser.
If you are still unable to complete your purchase, please contact our customer support for help.
Booking changes and Refunds
Changes to the schedule or number of guests are not allowed after the cancellation policy applies. If you need to make adjustments before then, please contact our customer support. We will cancel your current reservation, and you will need to rebook.
Once we receive your refund request, Wabunka will initiate the refund as soon as possible. It usually takes 3-14 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
If you have not received your refund after 30 days, please contact our customer support for help.
