If your group exceeds the maximum capacity shown on the page, please split your group and make separate bookings. For corporate team-building or other special arrangements, please contact us through the inquiry form.

If a minimum fee is set, the charge may be equivalent to two participants (or more), even when joining alone.

This is a small verification charge applied by our payment provider to confirm that your credit card is valid. It is not a payment for your experience, and the amount is released automatically. Depending on the timing and your card issuer, this verification may appear on your statement briefly before it is cleared. Please rest assured that it will not be collected. If the amount remains on your statement after some time, please contact your credit card provider for further details.
