Cancellation Policy

This plan includes experiences or accommodations that are subject to cancellation fees starting 17 days prior to the experience or check-in date.

If you wish to cancel, reschedule, or change the number of participants after this 15-day period, please contact us for assistance.

*Please note that once the geisha experience has been confirmed, it is non-refundable regardless of the cancellation date.
