I see what looks like a double charge on my credit card. Was I charged twice?
When an additional charge or partial refund is processed, our payment system handles it as follows:
1. A new charge is issued for the updated total amount (after the adjustment).
2. The previous full payment is then cancelled.
Because the new charge is applied before the cancellation is reflected, it may temporarily appear as a duplicate charge on your credit card statement.
